Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

2 to 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in real estate or related industries.

Previous experience in a leadership role would be preferred along with an ability to supervise sales agents and guide their performance.

About the Role
Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving the sales team's performance and achieving sales targets. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and coaching team members. Help manage client relationships, handle customer inquiries, and ensure that sales processes are efficient and effective.
Responsibilities

Assist in developing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Monitor and track sales performances, ensuring that sales quotas are met or exceeded.

Supervise and guide sales team, providing training, mentoring and motivation to help them achieve their targets.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and address their concerns or inquiries.

Assist clients with property viewings, negotiations and the closing deals.

Generate sales reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights into team performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.

Ensure that all transactions comply with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

Assist with contracts and documentation, ensuring proper execution of agreements.

Develop client pipelines, through networking, referrals, and client engagement initiatives.

Resolve customer complaints or sales issues that have been escalated beyond the sales agents.
